Wow, this blog have existed for quite a few years now. In fact since 2014, but under another name. Scandinavia.life aims to help newcomers, either looking for job oportunities or those who want to study here, and even people who are living here now. It’s a huge job, but the ambition is to be the number one source of information to guide you through the A to Z of Scandinavia.

If you want to contribute please skip me an email at post(at)ludvighoel.no. I can consider to pay for contributions.

You can also visit my personal site (not that it will make you any wiser). My name is Ludvig Hoel and the ambition of scandinavia.life (or scandinaviacityguide as it started out with) was to give the readers a comprehensive catalouge of all the cities in Scandinavia. I haven’t really gone away from that idea, but now I want the content published here to be of use for expats.

I have previously been an expat within Scandinavia, currently residing in Tokyo, Japan. I am originally from Norway, and I know how frustrating it can be to find information about basic things. Other than that I have family in Finland (a son) and extended knowledge of Sweden. So I hope you can use this site to ease your stay in the respective countries.

I hope you enjoy your stay on Scandinavia.life!
